The Senior Fitness Test (SFT) software is a simple and easy to use collection of physical examinations targeting the older population to determine their fitness level. The examinations utilized in the Senior Fitness Test measure the attributes needed for mobility tasks of older adults, including personal care activities, housework, grocery shopping, walking, stair climbing, sit to stand transitions, etc. The SFT meets the scientific standards for reliability and validity, and incorporates performance norms for men and women over the age of 60 in five year increments from ages 60-94. The SFT measures integral parts of a senior’s fitness including body composition, strength, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and agility/dynamic balance.
Our Fall Risk Assessment (FRA) software is based on a meta-analysis of over 2,200 studies that yielded the 12 most clinically useful assessment tests for predicting falls. Our FRA automatically calculates the probability of falls using advanced mathematical algorithms. Utilizing a statistical method of post-test probability (PoTP) ultimately enables the clinician the ability to predict the probability of falls over a 12 month time frame for different diverse populations: healthy young, middle-aged, & older populations. The Health Risk Assessment (HRA) software is a holistic appraisal of an individual’s overall health. The 10 to 15 minute evaluation consists of a vital sign assessment, peer-reviewed health and lifestyle questionnaire, and physical measurements. The HRA generates a rich report analyzing the individual's health and lifestyle, metabolism, body
competition, vital signs, possible health risks, and overall health score. It even detects early signs of several diseases and health risks. The HRA can flag early warning signs of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke, and more. For definitive diagnoses, clients should see a doctor.
The Body Roundness Index (BRI) software is an anthropometric index that combines height and waist circumference. By adding a model that incorporates age, gender, height, race, weight and circumferences the BRI software also estimates the total percent body fat and total visceral adipose tissue (belly fat). This allows the BRI to be used as an excellent tool to evaluate health status. The test takes about 5 minutes to administer, and it can identify high amounts of visceral adipose tissue (VAT) that is closely related to type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and stroke), and increased mortality.
